Type CKZF-B Is A Centrifugal Sprag Typefreewheelswith The Inner Race Roating,Using Two 60 Series Bearings, Only The Outer Race Is Designed For Freewheeling, Units Are Deliveredoil Lubricated.

The Inner Race And Outer Race Have A Keyway,And The Coping Have Screw,Teary For Either Horizontal Or Vertical Installation.

Suitable For Back-Stop,Or Overrunning Clutch Applications.

CKZF-B Is A Bearing Non-Contact Wedge Type One-Way Clutch. Supported By 2 160 Series Bearings. The Outer Ring Goes Beyond Rotation, Only The Outer Ring Is Designed To Have A One-Way Function. Grease Is Included At The Factory. The Inner And Outer Rings Have Keyways, And The End Faces Have Screw Holes, Which Can Be Installed In Vertical Or Horizontal Positions. Application Example For Preventing Reverse Rotation Or Overrunning Speed Under High Speed Conditions.

The One-Way Clutch Consists Of An Outer Ring, An Inner Ring And A Wedge Block Set Between The Inner Ring And The Outer Ring. It Can Be A Wedge Block Brake Or A Roller Brake. One-Way Clutches Can Be Divided Into Two Types:
One-Way Clutch With Own Bearing
One-Way Clutch Without Bearing

 

For One-Way Clutches, It Is Very Important That The Centers Of The Inner And Outer Rings Are Aligned. If You Choose A One-Way Clutch Without Bearing, The Customer Must Ensure That The Center Of The Inner And Outer Rings Is Aligned During Installation.
