What Is A One Way Clutch Bearing? One Way Bearing

The function of the one-way clutch bearings is to make a certain component only rotate in a certain direction and lock in the other direction.

It can be divided into two types of roller type one-way clutch bearing and wedge type one-way clutch bearing . Generally speaking, the former is more commonly used. Of course, in the automatic transmission, the use of the one-way clutch is not limited to the actuator, for example, the one-way clutch is also used at the guide wheel support of the torque converter.

CKZF-B Series Flywheel Backstop Clutch

One-way clutch is commonly known as one-way bearing, and it is also a basic component of mechanical transmission that can only drive in one direction (clockwise or counterclockwise). When the power source drives the passive element, it can only be driven in one direction. If the power source changes direction (such as clockwise to counterclockwise direction), the passive element will automatically disengage from the function that does not generate any power transmission.

The one-way clutch produced by MKL Bearing can be divided into the following four type:

1. Backstop

2. Overrunning clutch

3. Positioning clutch

4. Transmission torque clutch
